The very front zipper pocket has a slot for personal items.
above this is a zipper pocket containing several small slots and a velcro pouch-great for credit cards and personal items.
Above this is another zipper pocket with another slot inside for storage.
On the side of these is a zipper pocket for additional storage.
There is a large pocket unslotted, and then another separate large zipper pocket with a padded laptop slot (also yet another zipper to access the laptop from the back end!)
The side of the bag has a mesh pocket for a water bottle.
Padded adjustable straps.
The best part of this is the bottom zipper pocket, which contains a water-resistant cover to put over your bag if you get caught in the rain.  Great for computer coverage at sports events!
This was used but remains in nice condition with some surface dirt.  The most is inside the bag, at the bottom of it.  Outside of the bag is very clean.  All zippers work without hesitation.
Our home is smoke free.
