This is a handmade leather folder with a green fabric liner. A cross, "Agnus Dei" words and an image of Jesus and "Apostleship of Prayer" are sewn in. The center image is covered in plastic and has lots of wear from something rubbing upon it for a length of time.
The back of the center piece has C1936 and an image of the heart of Jesus.
The four sides are meant to fold up and the long piece tuck into the slot but the leather has become stiff and the tab doesn't quite tuck in all the way.
Closed size is 2.25" x 1.75".
