Vintage Leather Hand Tooled Tan File Bag Briefcase made in New Mexico Here I have a beautifully crafted hand tooled Briefcase that was made in New Mexico, so I have been told. I have always thought it was imported from Mexico, only because while visiting friends in Mexico City, there were many of these bags for sale on the street markets. This is a very nice-looking bag, but please note the pictures. It is in need of some minor repair. There are no cuts in the leather. Only a few scuffs and where the leather lacing has come apart. This is an easy fix in the right hands.   We accept payments through Pricetronic.  Payment is expected within 2 days of the auction's close unless buyer contacts me with a valid reason for the delay.  Shipping:
