The post office will no longer accept us (the seller) to take photos and messages the buyer sends to us and show our post office the damage. They will no longer refund the buyer or the seller based on the buyer just stating the item arrived broken. The buyer will need to fill out post office form 2856. Postal worker should send form in via fax or "My PO". Into their main office. The buyer will need to leave the item with the post office and postal person should give you FORM 3831 showing they have received the item from you. They will let you know how long it may take to refund you.
